Welcome to the Giddy Yarns 2025 Weekly Advent Calendar.

This year's Weekly Advent Calendar is inspired by A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens, specifically each of the four colourways is going to be inspired by one of the four ghosts that feature in the story. 

This year the advent will include four socks sets each individually wrapped and labelled to open each week during December. Due to the way the Sundays of Advent fall this year I would recommend opening them Nov 30th, Dec 7th, Dec 14th and Dec 21st.   

There is no mood board this year. The colours will not be a fade, as I want you to have four completely different fun sock sets across the advent. Colours will be a mix of speckled and variegated with a coordinating tonal mini. 

I am offering the following bases (choose from the Yarn Base drop-down box):

• 70g Merino Nylon Sock Set - (4ply - 75% SW Merino, 25% Nylon - 50g+20g)
• 120g Merino Nylon Sock Set - (4ply - 75% SW Merino, 25% Nylon - 100g+20g)
• 70g Sparkle Sock Set (4ply - 75% SW Merino, 20% Nylon, 5% Silver Stellina - 50g+20g) 
• 120g Sparkle Sock Set (4ply - 75% SW Merino, 20% Nylon, 5% Silver Stellina - 100g+20g)
• 120g Merino Bamboo Sock Set (4ply - 80% Merino, 20% Bamboo - 100g+20g)
• 120g BFL Nylon Sock Set (High Twist 4ply - 80% Blue Faced Leicester, 20% Nylon - 100g+20g) 
• 120g Merino Nylon DK (DK - 75% SW Merino, 25% Nylon 100g+20g) 

PAYEMENT PLAN INFO

The payment plan will be in three installments: 

• INITIAL PAYMENT: 1/3rd + shipping (this is a non-refundable deposit) - 
• AUGUST INVOICE: 1/3rd 
• SEPTEMBER INVOICE: 1/3rd

70g Sock Set Advents - 33% = £25

120g Sock Set Advents - 33% = £35

This listing is the initial payment plus you will be charged shipping at checkout. This initial payment is a non-refundable deposit to cover the yarn costs etc. 

You will then receive an invoice via email inviting you to pay the 2nd invoice in August, and the final invoice in September, all payments will be made through my website - Please ensure your email address is input correctly! 

If invoices are not paid IN FULL by the end of October then your order will be cancelled and the initial payment retained. I hope this is clear, please get in touch if you have any questions. 

All advents will ship mid-late October using tracked postage due to the value. Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
